How do I order a Swytch Kit?
You can either purchase your Swytch Kit now on our site to receive it sooner, or follow these steps to lock in our special pre-order discount!

Pre-order your Kit
You’ll receive a special invitation link via email to our pre-order site, where you can choose your purchase option.

Complete your kit details via our Order Portal
Once you’ve placed your pre-order, you’ll be shortly invited at a later date to our Swytch Order Portal (within 5 days of our initial pre-order). Here, you can customise your kit by selecting options tailored to your specific bike such as wheel size and explore additional accessories to enhance your ride.

Sit tight
Sit tight as we begin preparing and manufacturing your order. If we have Kits in stock, quicker delivery time options will be shown at checkout for a smoother experience.

Delivery!
Fit your Kit easily at home with our detailed online guides. There are also detailed videos to help make the installation as simple as possible!

Do I need to join the waitlist to order?
Not at all!
To place an order, please click HERE.
If we currently have stock available, you will be able to purchase for dispatch within 24 hours. If we do not currently have stock available, you will be invited to pre-order your kit. This will lock in your kit and ensure you receive stock as soon as it next arrives! (The date of the next expected stock drop will be listed during the pre-order process)
How long does the pre-order process take?
When you place your initial order, we only require a small deposit to secure your price and delivery date. Following that, you will have approximately 1-2 weeks to complete your order details in our Order Portal. This includes confirming the specific wheel size and any other custom requirements. This process provides ample time to ensure all details are accurately finalised.
Are there any subscription or ongoing costs for using the Swytch Kit?
Using the Swytch Kit does not require any subscriptions or ongoing costs. You make a one-time payment for the product, and you’re all set to go!
